We also work in English, if one of the parents from a family cannot speak the Czech language. We can provide an interpreter from/into sign language.
We actively and continuously cooperate with all organizations that participate in the case of one given family.

Mgr. Jindřiška Krpálková
Director and founder of Pro Dialog, z.s., supervisor, mediator, coach
Jindřiška has been working in the field of social work and human relations for more than 30 years. She established Pro Dialog in accordance with her deep belief in the right of every human being to find its place in the world by cooperation and growth in relationships.
In Pro Dialog, Jindřiška participates in all activities, she represents a supervisory and mentoring role in the team. She also provides her experience in the field of mediation and coaching to individuals and organizations outside of Pro Dialog. She is a member of the Committee for the Prevention of Domestic and Gender-Based Violence at the Council of the Government of the Czech Republic and represents Pro Dialog at conferences and round tables.
Mgr. Jana Sedláková
Professional consultant, advisor in the field of SPOD agenda and special pedagogy.
Jana is in Pro Dialog because the direct work with people seems meaningful to her. In Pro Dialog she provides professional assistance to the families of our clients and professional counseling in the area of the SPOD agenda and works on projects and project applications.
Jana graduated in the Education of people requiring special care at the Faculty of Education, UP Olomouc. For 26 years she led the Blansko Regional Charity in the role of a director.

Mgr. Filip Jagrik
Psychologist
Filip works in Pro Dialog because it is personally enriching for him and he sees it as socially meaningful to work with families in a situation of conflict. As the core of his work, he considers the development of a fuller view on the problematic situation and the search for ways that are more considerate to the needs of the participants, especially children.
Filip is a trained psychologist who has undergone five years of psychotherapeutic training in a dasein-analytical approach, and his previous experience includes, among other things, being a co-leader of children's therapeutic groups or a work in a treatment community. In Pro Dialog Filip works both individually with children and adults, as well as with the entire family system.
Ing. Bc. Hynek Valenta
Psychologist, facilitator, professional consultant
Hynek is in Pro Dialog because he is interested in finding creative solutions together with people who are in a difficult situation. In Pro Dialog, he provides his knowledge and skills as a coach, psychotherapist, and a team facilitator in Parental Dialogues, couple therapies, individual consultations, and Facilitated Contacts.
Hynek studied single-subject psychology at Palacký University in Olomouc, business management at the University of Economics in Prague, and nuclear engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague. He is constantly educating himself in the field of working with people. He is currently a student in the final phase of the international training of process-oriented psychology (POP) in Slovakia.
Zdeněk Chalupa, Dis.
Social worker
In Pro Dialog, Zdeněk participates in Facilitated handover and counseling sessions with clients.
Martin Buček
Backoffice worker
Martin is in Pro Dialog because he is interested in psychology and interpersonal relationships. In Pro Dialog, he is responsible for administration, accounting documents, team coordination, and team activities.
Martin has 13 years of experience in running various types of smaller businesses in the field of gastronomy, hospitality, and passenger transport, and extensive experience in working in public administration. Martin has an economic education from the Čapek Brothers Grammar School in Prague.
Mgr. Anna Roll Boháčková
Coordinator, sociotherapist (this time on maternity leave)
Anička is in Pro Dialog, because she finds the work there meaningful. In Pro Dialog, she is responsible for coordinating employees and clients and for processing project applications.
Anička has extensive experience working in non-profit organizations in the social field. She worked for two years in an Asylum House for women at risk of domestic violence. For years she has been interested in and actively participated in the development of restorative justice in the Czech Republic. She coordinated Nonviolent Communication (NVC) courses in the Czech Republic and participated in a pilot program for the introduction of a new type of restorative program, the so-called "Renewal Circles".
Anička studied philosophy and historical sociology at the Faculty of Humanities, Charles University in Prague, and is undergoing training in the NVC system (Nonviolent Communication).
Mgr. Andrea Šimková
Psychologist
Andrea holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Leiden University in the Netherlands with a focus on children and adolescents. Thanks to her Czech-English studies at high school and stay abroad experience she has no problem working in the English language. During her university studies, Andrea gained experience in working with children - in kindergarten, as an au pair, or during psychological internships. In the future, she would like to undergo therapeutical training, and because she sees the importance of working with children and their families, she would also like to profile her future practice in this direction. Therefore, Pro Dialog z.s. is the right place to gain her practical experience for her future career.
Anna Čaňová
Fundraiser
She graduated from One World Institute in Norway, where she became a development instructor upon successful completion. Anna worked with DAPP Zamfam in Zambia and worked for EU Aid volunteer services in Palestine. Since March 2020, she has also been cooperating with the organization Polovina nebe o.p.s. in the Czech Republic, which deals with personal assistance and rehabilitation. She is no stranger to the social field, after her experience abroad she also wanted to start helping in the Czech Republic. As part of the above-mentioned activities, she performed various activities - communication with potential partners and donors, fundraising, crowdfunding, social network management. Anna joined Pro Dialog because she greatly appreciates the activities that the organization creates, and she experienced the parents' divorce as a child, so she knows how difficult it can be for a child to deal with this life situation.
